AG stocks a range of fully cured electrical insulation materials in both log and slit rolls. This range includes brands such as Feinmicaglas and Calmica-Flex by Isovolta, with materials available in several constructions; polyester/mica/glass, mica/glass/ polyester mica/polyester/glass. These products are used for overhang insulation of coils in low and high voltage rotating machines.

Feinmicaglas 2596 - Manufactured by Isovolta utilising a high quality mica paper with a finely woven glass cloth carrier and a modified synthetic resin binder to provide extreme flexibility.

Feinmicaglas 2022 - Manufactured by Isovolta, 2022 has the same construction as 2596. 2022 has in addition a PET film on the mica paper side.

Feinmicaglas 0986 - Manufactured by Isovolta with a fine quality mica paper, woven glass cloth carrier and PET film on both outer sides of the tape. For single conductors, armature conductors and overhangs of traction motors and DC machines. Also end winding insulation for high voltage motors and generators.

Feinmicaglas 2128 - Manufactured by Isovolta 2128 is a 4 ply insulation tape consisting of mica paper, unidirectional glass threads as reinforcement and PET film on both outer sides of the tape. For overhangs and connections of low and high voltage machines and coils with small bends.
