AG offers expanded PTFE and fabrication facilities for a variety of industry requirements. With resistance to most chemicals and an upper temperature limit of around 260ēC, expanded PTFE offers sealing advantages over virgin PTFE which extrudes under bolt loadings. Expanded PTFE has replaced PTFE envelope gaskets in many applications and can easily be fabricated. Sheet thicknesses stocked are 1.5mm, 3mm & 6mm as well as various widths, tapes with pressure sensitive adhesive.
